Delete it in the game
- Make sure you're connected to the internet.
- Open your Star Phone and go to Settings.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete my account.
- Read what will be deleted and tap Delete everything.
The game then starts over from the beginning on your phone, as a new player.
What gets deleted
On your phone and on our servers:
- Your profile: name, handle, bio and title
- Your Star, including your face picture if you made one with the face scan
- Your Coins, the items you own, your Star Level and its XP, your fights, workouts and boosts
- Your POPit posts, their photos and clips, and your likes, comments, follows and LIVEs
- Your friends, messages, call history and notifications
- Your reports and blocks, and the record of which posts you've seen
- Your game events and activity records
- Your anonymous Unity sign-in
What we keep
- Purchase records (which product was bought, when, and Apple's transaction IDs) are kept without your player ID, for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Content that was taken down after reports may be kept while we finish reviewing it, or longer if the law requires.
Memberships keep renewing until you cancel them
Deleting your account or the game doesn't cancel U STAR Plus or Ad-free. Cancel with Apple: open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → U STAR → Cancel Subscription.
Can't open the game? Ask us by email
If you no longer have the game or can't get into it, email us and we'll delete your account for you.
Subject: Delete my U STAR account. Include your Player ID (Star Phone → Settings) or your POPit handle. We may ask a question to make sure the account is yours before we delete it, and we'll confirm when it's done.
Want to remove just one thing? You can delete a single POPit post from its … menu, and ask us to remove your face picture at the same address.
